Parents Attending Fixtures

We are pleased to welcome parents and carers to support our students at home fixtures. To ensure the safety and well-being of all students, please follow the guidance below.

Arrival

• Parents/carers should report to Reception on arrival. They will not be required to sign in
• A member of staff or a Sports Captain will meet you there and escort you to the playing area.

During the Fixture

• Spectators must remain in the designated viewing area at all times.
• Parents must not enter student changing areas.
• Positive support is encouraged; no coaching, criticism, or confrontations.

Photography

• Photography or filming is not permitted. However, individual photos of your own child before or after the game are permitted. 
• Photos will be taken by the Staff and uploaded to social channels, if appropriate and possible.

Safeguarding

• All visitors must follow staff instructions to ensure student safety.
• Any concerns during a fixture should be raised immediately with the supervising staff member.
